WARRANTY - The extended warranty service on the Power Tools range
For its range of cordless and corded power tools, FERVI Spa offers the user customer, upon online registration within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product, the possibility to extend the warranty by 1 year beyond the legal warranty conditions (illustrated below).
Neither batteries* nor battery chargers are included in the warranty extension.
Warranty claims must be made before the expiry of the warranty period and within two weeks after the defect is detected. Repair or replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period, neither on the product nor on any of the replacement parts.
All Fervi Spa products that are presented without an identification label and/or proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) are not covered by the warranty. Products sold by private individuals or unauthorised dealers are also excluded from the warranty.
The following cases are excluded from the warranty conditions:
– Use and/or improper storage of the product, use on unsuitable materials.
– Damage and wear resulting from lack of maintenance
– Damage to the product or motor caused by failure to follow instructions.
*Batteries are characterised by a limited number of cycles. Wear and tear is particularly influenced by factors such as high loads and charging speed. Exposure to temperature changes (hot and cold), vibration and/or shocks can also impact battery wear.
How to obtain the extended warranty
- Complete the form on this page within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product;
- Wait for the confirmation email on the indicated email box (Please save the email in a dedicated folder or take a screenshot on your smartphone);

FERVI Warranty Conditions
All Fervi products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and have all the certifications and technical compliance required by law.
This guarantee is limited in time and operates in relation to the item sold, excluding any other performance as well as any indemnity and/or compensation. This guarantee shall apply to products that present conformity defects and/or malfunctions that could not be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its intended use and with what is set forth in any technical documentation, with punctual observance of the proper function of use as described in the manuals.
On the other hand, the aforementioned guarantee shall not apply in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. Fervi in any case does not assume any liability in relation to the use, applications and/or operations to which the product may be subjected at the Customer’s premises or on its behalf, in the event of use for different or unsuitable purposes with respect to what is provided for in the Catalogue and/or in the instructions for use.
Request for Assistance
REPAIRS / TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Fervi also carries out technical assistance and repair centre activities for its products.
Customers who need interventions shall send their request for intervention in writing to Fervi by email or online form through the retailer from which they purchased the product, expressly stating the reason for the request, the type of product, the date of purchase and any other data necessary for the purpose of agreeing on the intervention procedures.
After examining the request, Fervi’s Technical Assistance Service will inform about the intervention to be carried out and the relevant times.
The intervention costs will be quantified following receipt of the request and will vary depending on whether the product is covered by warranty or not.
The date indicated on the purchase invoice is the start of the guarantee. It is up to the applicant to prove the right to the warranty by showing the purchase document.
Fervi shall communicate the cost estimate for repairs in the event that the warranty does not apply; if the warranty is otherwise in force, the intervention costs shall be borne by Fervi.
In any case, any intervention shall be subject to Fervi’s authorisation: the Retailer shall therefore not send the material without Fervi’s prior acceptance, under penalty of return at its expense.
The goods shall in any case be returned by the Retailer ex Fervi’s warehouse.
